Reservations
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment so you can quietly and relaxedly enjoy the excellent conditions the Spa has to offer.
If it arrives late, it will not be possible to extend the scheduled treatment time, in order to avoid prejudice to subsequent bookings.
Cancellations
The customer can cancel their appointment without any charge as long as they give notice of their cancellation 24h in advance. In case you notify us with less than 24h in advance, you will be charged 50% of the requested service. Non-appearance by the customer without prior notice will assume the charge of 100% of the service.
Personal objects of value
The company is not responsible for the loss, deterioration or theft of the objects of value.
Contraindications
Pregnant women should mention it when making their booking, in order to recommend the service that best suits their needs.
At the time of booking, it is important to report any relevant data about their health that may affect their treatment or use of the Spa.
Minimum Age
Entry remains reserved for over 12s always accompanied by a responsible adult. Not all treatments are suitable for children, please check before booking.
